His cutting table~an artisan’s workspace~was mystical and magical, artfully transforming an ordinary chair into a masterpiece.
It seemed only natural that following in my father’s footsteps, working with fabric became something that I would always love. Workroom techniques were gently passed down as we often labored side by side at the cutting table.
Years later, a passion for flower gardening, bird watching, and fabric made our very first line of toss pillows a joy to create. Shipping Information:
Pillow-Toss makes every effort to ship your pillows as quickly as possible. Due to the custom cutting and hand sewn features of our product, please allow two weeks for delivery. UPS Ground and AIR are available methods of shipping. Currently, we ship only within the contiguous 48 states.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your order within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. No exceptions.
Important: All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. We will assign a Return Authorization Number to your return order that must appear on the outside of the box. If you simply "return to sender", we will need to assess an additional 20% restocking fee to your refund as well as assess return shipping charges.
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment or by store credit. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item (including tax) less any shipping fees you paid on the order. Also, you are responsible for shipping the returned item to us.
Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, inserts and receipts. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard refused shipment policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and monitor adjustments. All descriptions are intended to give you a good idea of the style, size and color of the pillow/trim.
